What Pigeon Radar processes
Pigeon Radar processes account details, organization membership, company profiles, prompts, provider responses, citations, website-audit evidence, usage records, and support requests to provide AI visibility analysis. Each customer workspace is logically isolated by organization.
How data is used
Workspace data is used to operate requested scans and audits, calculate metrics, produce exports, enforce plan and spending limits, investigate failures, and secure the service. Pigeon Radar does not use one customer’s data to serve another customer.
Service providers and AI systems
When an owner enables live acquisition, approved prompts and necessary context may be sent to the selected AI provider. Provider use is disabled by default in the demonstration environment. Provider retention and citation rules are documented separately and may differ by provider.
Retention and deletion
Normalized evidence is retained according to workspace and provider policy. Raw responses can expire earlier and leave a deletion tombstone containing hashes and acquisition metadata. Owners may export company data and schedule workspace deletion from the Operations center, with a seven-day cancellation period.
Your choices
Workspace owners control members, provider configuration, retention settings, data exports, and deletion requests. Members can create an in-app support request for privacy or data questions.
Security
Pigeon Radar uses signed secure sessions, role-based permissions, tenant-scoped database access, append-only audit records, webhook verification, restricted network access for website audits, and secret redaction. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Contact
Use the in-app support queue and select the Security or Data category. This draft must be reviewed and updated with the operating company’s legal identity, jurisdiction, and contact details before a public production launch.
